• I am a full-time real estate broker working with ERA Countrywood Realty, located in South Barrington, IL.
• I have consistently been recognized for outstanding production within the ERA Midwest Region.
• I conduct my real estate business with the highest level of ethics and integrity.
• As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I am qualified to use the Realtor^(R) designation.
• I am also a certified member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute.  This certification and membership allows me to use additional tools specifically targeted to marketing luxury homes.

My mission is to give exceptional personal service and pro-active marketing efforts to my clients.

• To make sure I meet that objective, I am selective in the number of listings I accept at any one time. Your real estate needs will be a priority for me.  You won't get "lost in the shuffle".
• The first thing I do is listen to you and learn what your objectives are regarding your real estate needs.  I then customize a Marketing Plan to meet your specific objectives.
• I do not work with assistants.  When you need to speak to me, you call my direct line.  Most of the time, you will reach me on the first try.  If you get my message system, it will page me, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
• I have a proven track record of not just listing properties, but effectively marketing them, negotiating excellent offers for my listing clients and seeing the contracts through to successful closings.
• I have all the necessary tools available to market your property by getting it exposed to the greatst number of potential buyers and making it more desirable to potential buyers compared to other similar properties in the area.
